nstanda has completed a $19.5m Series A fundraising round, the company has announced today. Led by Assembly Capital Partners, the investment will support the firm’s international expansion in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America following several years of triple-digit growth.
Instanda is a SaaS insurance software platform that allows insurance companies to build, configure, and launch products online. Its no-code product design platform built on a robust set of insurance speciﬁc calculations, processing, and workﬂow capabilities.
Instanda works with the carriers, MGAs, and brokers in UK, Europe, US, Canada, LATAM, and Australia, converting the lethargic back office to an agile front office, freeing the industry from high-cost legacy systems. Founded by Derek Hill, Tim Hardcastle, in 2012 and located in London, England, it has raised a total of 28.1 Million USD to date.
